We stopped by this incredible spot , San Jose Restaurant and were blown away by how delicious everything was. The tacos, quesabirrias, and gorditas were out of this world! You could seriously taste the freshness and authentic flavor in every bite. The quesabirrias were perfectly crispy on the outside, packed with juicy, flavorful meat, and came with the most delicious consommé for dipping. The tacos were loaded with seasoned goodness, and the gorditas were soft, savory, and so satisfying—it’s hard to pick a favorite because everything was that good!
